Slack channels
Using Slack Connect or your own Slack channels for support
Gold support plan customers have the option to join a CaptionHub Slack channel or to invite CaptionHub team members to join their production Slack channels. Slack channels are primarily used for communications with our team outside of issues requiring immediate escalation.
Please note, that for all escalations, you must submit a ticket through CaptionHub support or via Pager Duty.
Slack channels are not monitored 24/7 by engineers for responses within SLAs.
