Requirements: Analytics captioning bolt-on
When using CaptionHub at scale, you and your team are generating a large amount of data. With CaptionHub’s Analytics module, we can aggregate this data, and start to answer some really interesting questions. For example:
- Which of my projects are still awaiting review?
- Who are my top-performing users? Which users tend to need more corrections?
- Which MT engine requires the most changes in post-edit?
- Which of my Language Service Providers turns work around faster, on average? Are they meeting their SLAs?
- What does my usage of minutes in a given period look like? How many minutes have I used in total?
All of these questions, and many more, can be answered with the Analytics module.
