Update the CaptionHub plugin in Brightcove
Make sure the CaptionHub Live plugin is up to date
We sometimes update the CaptionHub plugin for Brightcove. Make sure your plugin is up to date so gain access to the latest features.
- Open Brightcove, and navigate to the Players section
- In the list of players, click on your player
- Click on Plugins, and click on “CaptionHub Live”
- In the JavaScript URL field, update the URL to
https://app.captionhub.com/live/brightcove-plugin-1.16.js
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
- Click the Publish & Embed button at the top right
- To verify that you’ve configured your player correctly, go to the Player status page in CaptionHub.
