Enterprise security features

Security is critical for CaptionHub, and many of our users. In this section, you can configure various options, for enhanced security.

Watermark

Here, you can choose an image file (a PNG file, no larger than 730x402 pixels in dimensions), and CaptionHub will indelibly burn that image file onto all videos for your team.

IP address allow listing

If you'd like to restrict access to CaptionHub to a defined location, or group of computers, you're able to enter their IP addresses here. Caution should be used with this: if you mistype, you may lock yourself out of CaptionHub.
