Set up automation

If you want to automatically import Mux assets into CaptionHub, you’ll need to configure a webhook in Mux.

Step 1. Copy your unique webhook URL

Navigate to the Mux connector page in CaptionHub and copy the webhook URL.

Step 2: Configure Mux

In Mux, navigate to “Settings” → “Webhooks”. Click “Create webhook” and paste in the URL from step 1. Make sure your environment matches the environment of the API key you configured above.
