Configure the Mux connector to (automatically) pull in new assets and caption live streams.

You’ll see this page:

Click on “Generate access token”. Choose a environment (probably “Production”) and give it the “Mux Video” read/write permissions. You can also give it a descriptive name.

Now copy the Access Token ID and Secret Key:

Step 2: Configure in CaptionHub
And paste them into the Mux connector config on CaptionHub:

Set up webhooks
If you want to automatically import Mux assets into CaptionHub (or use it with CaptionHub Live), you’ll need to configure a webhook in Mux.
Step 1. Copy your unique webhook URL
Navigate to the Mux connector page in CaptionHub and copy the webhook URL.
Step 2: Configure Mux
In Mux, navigate to “Settings” → “Webhooks”. Click “Create webhook” and paste in the URL from step 1. Make sure your environment matches the environment of the API key you configured above.
