Creating voiceover deliverables
Export your generated voiceovers in various formats.
Requirements: Enterprise subscription
Exporting audio using CaptionHub Voiceover:
- Make sure you have:
- Open the Voiceover Editor.
- Click Download audio to download a WAV file to your machine.

- Choose how you want to export your audio:
- Mixdown – includes all tracks and their current volume levels.
- Voices only – includes only the synthetic voiceover track with no background audio.

Exporting video with embedded voiceover:
- Follow the steps above until your audio is ready for download.
- Click the down-facing arrow next to the Download audio and select Render/Download voiceover video.

- This will open the Export tab of your project. Choose the language version you want to render.
- Click Create > Voiceover (Render).

- In the modal, select whether to render a Mixdown or Voices only version.

- Next, choose whether to overlay captions from any of your project’s languages.

- Once you’ve made your selection, click Create render.

- CaptionHub will render the voiceover onto the original video (with or without captions) and mark the job as Completed when finished.

- Once rendering is complete, select the language version and click Download, then, choose Voiceover (Render).

- This downloads the original video with the synthetic audio and any embedded captions (if selected).
- After downloading a deliverable (subtitles, transcript, burnt-in subtitles, voiceover audio, or voiceover render), a green tick will appear under the Downloaded? column.
