Creating voiceover deliverables

Export your generated voiceovers in various formats.

Exporting audio using CaptionHub Voiceover:

  1. Make sure you have:
    1. Generated a voiceover
    2. Refined the output
  1. Open the Voiceover Editor.
  1. Click Download audio to download a WAV file to your machine.

  1. Choose how you want to export your audio:
      • Mixdown – includes all tracks and their current volume levels.
      • Voices only – includes only the synthetic voiceover track with no background audio.

Exporting video with embedded voiceover:

  1. Follow the steps above until your audio is ready for download.
  1. Click the down-facing arrow next to the Download audio and select Render/Download voiceover video.

  1. This will open the Export tab of your project. Choose the language version you want to render.
  1. Click Create > Voiceover (Render).

  1. In the modal, select whether to render a Mixdown or Voices only version.

  1. Next, choose whether to overlay captions from any of your project’s languages.

  1. Once you’ve made your selection, click Create render.
    1. Notion image
  1. CaptionHub will render the voiceover onto the original video (with or without captions) and mark the job as Completed when finished.

  1. Once rendering is complete, select the language version and click Download, then, choose Voiceover (Render).

  1. This downloads the original video with the synthetic audio and any embedded captions (if selected).
  1. After downloading a deliverable (subtitles, transcript, burnt-in subtitles, voiceover audio, or voiceover render), a green tick will appear under the Downloaded? column.
