Managing tags
Tags are short labels that help categorise and group your projects in CaptionHub. While project owners and contributors can add tags when uploading or editing projects, Superusers have additional control to manage all team-wide tags from one place.
You can use tags to organise your projects by topic, department, speaker, client, or any other classification that makes it easier to find and filter your content.
Managing tags in Team settings
Superusers can manage these tags within Team settings. From there, scroll to Tags to:
- Search existing tags
- Enter a new tag name to create one
- Multi-select and delete tags
- See the active use count for each tag
- Use the pencil icon to edit a tag name
