Archiving a project

Projects can be archived, instead of being deleted. Unlike deletion, projects can easily be retrieved from archive.

When a project is archived, it’s not deleted but rather taken out of the projects page and moved to an archived location. This means that the project, along with its captions, all associated data, and connection with third-party player (if project was created with a connector, eg: Brightcove) remains intact and fully retrievable.

Archiving simply relocates the project to a different area for organizational purposes, allowing you to access it easily in the future if needed.

To archive a project: select "Archive project" from the Project page drop-down menu.

To unarchive a project: choose the Archived Projects link from the drop-down menu in the navigation bar. Choose the project you'd like to restore, and select the "Unarchive project" from the Project page drop-down menu.
