Resetting MFA

If you lose the device you used to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA, sometimes called 2FA), you can ask one of your team’s superusers to reset it. When logged in as a superuser, here is how to reset the MFA of a user.

  1. Click the “Users” tab, and search for the user for whom you want to reset MFA
  1. Click on that user’s email address/display name to view their profile
  1. Click “Edit user”
  1. Go to the “Account & security” tab
  1. Click “Reset MFA”

The user will receive an email to set up their MFA again.
