Activity logs

Activity refers to actions taken by any users throughout the system. From your dashboard, you can see the latest activity for anything you're working on. You can also see all activity relevant to you by clicking on the 'Activity' link in the navigation bar.

Any changes to caption sets will have a link to a snapshot of those changes in their activity item.

You can show activities related to a particular user on their user profile page. First navigate to the user you would like to view (e.g. view the Users tab in the main navigation), then click the “Recent activity” tab.

It’s possible to view the activity related to a particular project. To do this, navigate to the project you would like to see activity for, then click the cog (⚙️) icon in the top right of the page and select “Project activity”

On the user and main activity log page, it’s possible to filter activities. Use the date filter to find activities within a specific time range. For teams under 100 users, it’s also possible to filter on users. For performance reasons, the user filter is not available for teams with over 100 users (current and historical).
