Activity logs

Keep track of activity in your team

Activity refers to actions taken by any users throughout the system. From your dashboard, you can see the latest activity for anything you're working on. You can also see all activity relevant to you by clicking on the 'Activity' link in the navigation bar.

Any changes to caption sets will have a link to a snapshot of those changes in their activity item.

User activity

You can show activities related to a particular user on their user profile page. First navigate to the user you would like to view (e.g. view the Users tab in the main navigation), then click the “Recent activity” tab.

Project activity

It’s possible to view the activity related to a particular project. To do this, navigate to the project you would like to see activity for, then click the cog (⚙️) icon in the top right of the page and select “Project activity”.

Activity log filters

On the user and main activity log pages, you can filter activities to help surface the information you need.

  • Use the date filter to find activity within a specific time range.
  • For teams with fewer than 100 users, you can also filter by user. For performance reasons, the user filter is not available for teams with more than 100 users (current and historical).

On the main activity page, you can also adjust columns in the activity feed. This allows you to focus on the details that matter most to your workflow, making project tracking even more intuitive.
