Overview

Teams are functional units of users inside of CaptionHub. Each team can consist of a number of users, who can carry out tasks in CaptionHub, according to the roles they've been assigned.

For many of our clients, a single team is sufficient to manage everything they need. For our clients with more demaining needs, however, and more sophisticated control over groups of users, our Multiple Teams functionality might be a good choice. This allows 'child' teams to be set up, under the control of a 'parent', and this unlocks some powerful workflow options.
