Find & replace
CaptionHub has built-in find & replace functionality.
Find

Use the Ctrl/Command + F
shortcut, depending whether you’re on Windows or a Mac. This will pop up a window where you can find the text you’re searching for.
Find & Replace

To use Find & Replace, Press Ctrl/Command + Shift + F
This will show a replace input box next to the find prompt. You can also access this from the normal Find feature, by clicking the chevron to the right of the find field.
Enter the text you’d like to replace, and click on the “Replace all” button. You can also replace individual entries by navigating the search result with your arrow keys, and pressing Enter
on those you’d like to replace.
Note: Find & Replace functionality is disabled when captions are marked as Approved.
