Review and approve
The Review & approve section of Team Settings is where you can customise how your users interact with CaptionHub's powerful approval workflows.
Workflow settings
- “Default workflow for original captionsets”. Choose your default workflow for original captions here. You’ll have the option to change this later, on a per project basis, but new projects will be created with the workflow you select here.
- “Default workflow for translations”. Choose your default workflow for translations here. It can be different to the one you’ve selected for original captions. As above, you’ll have the option to change this later, on a per project basis, but new projects will be created with the workflow you select here.
Roles & permissions settings
- "Producers can create projects". This checkbox gives producers the right to create projects. When they do so, they're automatically added to the project as producers, which gives them viewing permissions for the projects they've created.
- “All users can delete captions”. When enabled, all your CaptionHub users, including linguists, are able to delete captions. This may not be desired behaviour, so leave unchecked if you’d prefer.
- “All users can delete captions”. When enabled, all your CaptionHub users, including linguists, are able to download captions – which will deduct minutes from your allowance in the usual way. This may not be desired behaviour, so leave unchecked if you’d prefer.
