Resetting users' passwords
When new users are created and invited to the platform, they're asked to choose a new password. If they don't do so within five days, then a superuser will need to issue a password reset. Here's how:

- Click on the Users link in the navigation bar
- Click on the email address of the user whose password you need to reset
- Click on the "Issue password reset" button

Please note that if your organisation has Single Sign-On enabled, then this functionality will not work.
