Approving a captionset

Once a linguist is completely happy with their translation and the timings of their captions, they're able to click ‘Approve’. Any producer or superuser assigned to the project, will be notified automatically.

Linguists will be unable to approve captions if CaptionHub detects that they're in breach of the limits. For more information about limits, see this article.

Linguists are also unable to unapprove the work they've done. If they spot something that needs changing, they'll need to contact the project producer or a superuser.

Producers assigned to the project, or superusers, have the ability to unapprove a language version. Simply navigate the to Caption Editor page, and click the Unapprove button.
