Managing Automation templates
You can perform various actions directly from the contextual menu (three-dot menu) associated with each template.

Β
- Deactivate:
- Deactivating a template disables it without permanently deleting it. This option is useful if you no longer need the template for current projects but might want to reactivate it later.
- Edit:
- Select this option to modify the details or settings of your automation template. This allows you to adjust the template to suit changing requirements without needing to create a new one from scratch.
- Duplicate:
- Use this option to create a copy of the automation template. Duplicating a template is useful when you need a similar setup but with slight variations, as it saves time compared to creating a new template from the beginning.
- Diagnostics:
- This option allows you to see the diagnostic information for the selected automation template. You can check the project count processed with the selected template, success or failure of automations run with this template, view any error messages, and see when it was last run.
- Delete:
- If a template is no longer needed, you can delete it from the system. Once deleted, the template will be permanently removed, so make sure youβre certain before proceeding with this action.
