Primary and secondary transcription services
Fall back to a secondary transcription service
To ensure availability CaptionHub can use multiple transcription services. If one of the transcription services is unavailable, the system will try to fall back to the other.
Some features may not be available in all services.
Manually switching
You can manually switch between our primary and secondary services under “Advanced options” in the edit project screen.
