Why is does the box to receive email notifications sometimes untick itself?

If you have reported any of CaptionHub’s emails as spam, our email service will refuse to deliver future email to you. When an email is triggered, we will reset the boxes in your user profile to be unticked, as we are unable to deliver email to you. If the spam report was an error, please contact support.
