View all active Connect requests
The CaptionHub Connect requests page, accessible via the Team’s menu, is available to teams that have an established Connect relationship with one or more vendors. It allows you to view all active Connect requests and their current status.
This report displays all active Connect requests for your team. It does not show historical requests, only the current state of each request, and provides filtering options to refine your search:
- Team (vendor)
- Languages
- Connect Status
- Workflow State
- Note: Workflow State refers to the status of a caption set within an individual team and is unrelated to the Connect request itself. Learn more about Workflow State.
