Team settings: API keys

The CaptionHub API allows you to build your own integration.

Before using the CaptionHub API, you'll need to generate an API key. To do this, open the API keys tab of Team settings and click Create API key. If your team already has a key, the button reads Create new API key.

When you create your first API key, CaptionHub will create an API superuser in your account. All actions are attributed to this user in the activity feed. Please note that the API superuser does not count against your allotted user seats.

The API keys tab lists your team's current keys and when each was created. To stop a key working, click Revoke API key next to it and confirm. Anything that uses a revoked key stops working straight away, so create and switch to a new key first.
