Resetting users' passwords
Send a password reset to a user who can't sign in.
When new users are created and invited to the platform, they're asked to choose a new password. If they don't do so within five days, then a superuser will need to issue a password reset. Here's how:
- Click on the Users link in the navigation bar
- Click on the email address of the user whose password you need to reset
- Click on the "Request password reset" button under the Account & security tab
Please note that if your organisation has Single Sign-On enabled, then this functionality will not work.
