Limits and quota
Maximum number of projects, viewers, translations and session duration
Timbra has a number of limits to avoid you incurring unexpected costs and to help manage load on our servers. All limits are configurable - please raise a support ticket or talk to your Customer Success Manager to increase the limits.
Number of concurrent projects
You can have a maximum number of 5 sessions running concurrently.
Number of viewers
By default, your account is configured to allow:
- Maximum 25,000 concurrent viewers when using the plugin or HLS output
- Maximum 2,000 concurrent viewers for the in-room/webinar output
Number of translations
Your team is configured to allow 25 translation languages per project.
Maximum session duration
Your session has a maximum duration of 24 hours. After this time, your session is automatically stopped. You can restart the session if this happens.
