Configure the Google Drive connector

The Google Drive connector is available for customers. It allows you to import content directly from your Google Drive into CaptionHub.
This connector requires setup support from your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, so please reach out to them if you’d like to enable it.
On Google Drive
Once you have the connector set up, you’d only need to follow these steps:
- Create a folder (or use an existing one) containing video content
- Navigate to this folder
- Click the name of the folder and click Share
- Paste in the email address of the service account provided by a member of CaptionHub
- If you ever want to publish captions, leave it as “Editor”. If you don’t intend to do this, you can switch to “Viewer” for read-only access
Now test the connector by importing a video from Google Drive in CaptionHub
Note: Publishing to Google Drive or Automation is not currently supported.
