Multiple teams
Requirements: Enterprise subscription, Multiple Teams bolt-on
Β
Our Multiple Teams bolt-on allows organisations to create multiple child teams under a single parent team. This provides additional flexibility for managing users, projects, and workflows across different parts of your organisation.
Common use cases include:
- Separating functional teams within your organisation β for example, giving your Marketing team different permissions and access levels from your Internal Communications team.
- Working with multiple external vendors β if you collaborate with several language service providers (LSPs), separate teams can help ensure that each vendor only has access to the users and projects relevant to them.
As a Superuser who belongs to multiple teams, you can use the Move action to transfer projects between teams of which you are a member.
Switching between teams
To switch between teams, click the three-dot menu (β―) next to your team name at the top of the sidebar, select Switch team, and then choose the team you want to access.

Filtering users by team
Superusers can filter the Users page to display users from the parent team, specific child teams, or a combination of teams.
