Filters and Views
Learn how to use filters to easily find your projects.
This feature is currently in beta and may change or be discontinued as our development and product plans evolve. Availability is not guaranteed. Please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for more information on testing with this connector.
Navigating all your CaptionHub projects can be tedious. Filters make finding them much easier.
Adding filters
- On the Projects page, click Add filter + and choose one of the available options.

- You can filter by the following criteria:
- Original caption status
- Original captions language
- Translation captions status
- Translation captions language
- Duration
- Approval status
- Progress
- Platform
- Created by
- Tags
- VOD or Live

- You can combine multiple filters using the booleans AND or OR.

- To clear your current selections and start again, click Clear all filters.

Creating views
- If you use the same filter set often, you can save it as a view. This way, instead of selecting filters each time, you can simply choose the saved view. To do this, apply the filters you want, then click Save a new view.

- Give the view a name and save it using the Save view button.

- You can access your personal or team views from the dropdown menu above Add filter +.

Managing views
- You can rename or delete a view from the kebab menu next to its name.

- To edit a view, select it from the dropdown and adjust the filters. A Save view button will appear. Click it to overwrite the view with your changes, or use Save as new view to create a copy with a different name.
